Directly overlooking the Geldersekade canal, this house was built in 1670 during Amsterdam's "Golden Age".
Built as the city residence of a wealthy merchant, it has changed hands many times in the intervening centuries and has accumulated a rich history.
Though equipped with every modern convenience, the house exudes a charming, timeless personality. Its owners down the years have taken good care of it with the result that, today, it proudly features most of its original timbers and stonework.
